Bullying can be very harmful, so it is very important that you have a chance to discuss your feelings. Once you have reported the bullying incident it may be helpful to talk to friends or whānau, which can make you feel better. Your Teacher, Dean or Deputy Principal will also be able to offer advice about how to manage the situation. Our school Counsellors are also a great resource to use. Other support people like Youthline and Lifeline are also helpful, free resources to use.
